Jan. 24, 2015 El Shaddai - Pastor McCowan began with the idea of promises and guarantees and what lasts and what doesn't. What would the world be like if there were no concept of binding promises and agreements? This was also a fulfillment of Isaiah 50, where the prophet describes that the coming Messiah would have a “face like flint,” and would not be afraid to face opposition. For example, the Snapchat app ensures that your note will self-destruct. Wut makes your message totally anonymous. May 2, 2015 By Reason of Insanity - The insanity defense gets a lot of publicity, but it's rarely used, and when it is, it’s not always successfully. Pastor McCowan brings this up because in his sermon, Jesus is accused of being crazy.
